Shipping Information
SHIPPING INFO:
We ship your package within 1-2 days upon receipt of your payment.
Our Shipping is calculated by USPS and is determined by the weight of the product/s. Within the US we usually ship USPS Parcel, First Class or Priority Mail. For shipments outside of the US we use USPS first Class parcel or Priority Mail. We can use UPS if you prefer but, would have to invoice you for the shipping cost
Delivery confirmation is included. This helps you track your package. There is NO Delivery Confirmation for some foreign contries. A little note on Delivery Confirmation: In order for it to be updated a postal employee has to scan it. This does not always happen. Be re-assured once you get a Delivery Confirmation number from us that the package is on it's way to the address you provided.

VAT / custom fees may be due (especially in Germany) when you receive your package. We always mark your package with a lower value to help you save on the fees if possible. RETURN POLICY:
Please go to the returns link. You may return any item which does not meet your expectations to us within an appropriate time frame. The item needs to be clean, unused and undamaged. As soon as we receive the item we will issue you a refund for the price you paid for the product MINUS OUR SHIPPING COSTS. If you are sending back an item you purchased with FREE or reduced Shipping we will subtract our actual shipping cost from your refund. I am sorry we are not Amazon and cannot afford to refund shipping charges in either direction!
If you refuse a package at the postoffice on your end it will be shipped back to us at no cost. USPS does usually not track the package coming back to us and it will show delivered to you. We will refund your money for the products as soon as they come back to us. Again, the shipping cannot be refunded.
