Do you do custom orders?

Yes! We love to create new things. Please go to the custom order link for more info. We currently only use black trim.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Simply add items to your cart and proceed through checkout. International shipping rates will be displayed before you are asked for payment information.

What methods of payment do you accept?

You may pay with your paypal account or pay with your credit or debit card. No AMEX is accepted unless you use Paypal which allows you to pay with a major credit card without signing up for a paypal account. You may also send a check or money order to the address provided in checkout. Checks are subject to a two week waiting period.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Yes we do offer wholesale prices to a select number of stores in and outside of the US. To access wholesale pricing first create an account and then use our contact form to request your account become activated as a wholesale account. Once your account is activated we will send you our wholesale prices. Please inquire only if you operate a equine related business and can provide a copy of your Tax ID number or EIN.

What method of shipping do you use?

In the United States & Canada and for International orders we ship via USPS by default. UPS is available but currently not an option on our check-out screen. If you require UPS please e-mail us at karin@fashionhorse.com with your order and address and we will send you an invoice asap.

Is rush shipping available?

Rush shipping is available on most items. Out of stock and/or custom items may not be shipped with an expedited shipping method. To choose rush shipping, proceed through checkout and when presented with shipping options, choose USPS express
